Schlafly - AIPA

It is so sad that those of you not from St. Louis will never know how magical this beer is.

  1. The most fantastical sweet nectar I have ever tasted. An explosion of flavor often imitated but never duplicated. It is twofold: on the one hand you have the hoppiness that we all know and love, like a fist to the face. But then, and here's the fantastical part, it's followed by a smooth creamy finish with enough booze to crunk things up a bit. Uffta crunkta!!!!!

  4. Just a beer?! To be fair, I was once in your shoes, Shlomo. However, I think that the beer's one-of-a-kind IPA appeal, ounce-for-ounce power, and Jason's never-failing lyrical devotion have since crossed me over to the other side. I can't help it. I've been conditioned.
