    My favorite part takes place beginning 5:15 or so. The narrator is discussing population growth as one of the country's top priorities and the country "has met with some success" in curbing growth.

    At the time the quote is rendered, a family of four piles onto a single dirt bike. The youngest child, in front, doesn't have a helmet.
