I noticed you waited until after the cardinals rebounded from a horrific start of their own to post that. This time last week the old period birds were in the same spot.
period birds?! now you're just makin' stuff up. and i didn't wait to post, he just put this up yesterday. we'll see how the year goes. at least we don't have a nickname like "twinkies". baseball might as well have been invented here. cardinal baseball is as american as apple pie, and the only nicknames we have are cool like "cards" or "red birds"... something like 'twinks' would never fly here. this is 'merica!!

'Twinks' won't fly in MN once people realize what they are saying, regardless of the fact that Minneapolis is apparently the second gayest city in America.
Better than the alternative. You gotta pick your battles...
