"TV on the Radio’s Dave Sitek will release his debut solo album under the name Maximum Balloon on August 24, complete with guest vocalists like David Byrne, Karen O, Little Dragon, Theophilus London, and his TVOTR bandmates Tunde Adebimpe and Kyp Malone, and lots of other Sitek buddies make guest appearances. The guy singing “Tiger” is Aku from the Brooklyn band Dragons of Zynth."
